Our cottage has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4; the master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed.
Nightly rate (for 2 persons):
3 nights and under ............... $300.00/night
3 nights and over ................. $250.00/night
Extra person ......................... $30.00/night
*All rentals are subject to a $500.00 security deposit.
What is included:
Linens and towels; kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster oven, barbecue, coffee makers, etc); telephone (free local calls*); LCD TV (for video and DVD); a library of movies; surround sound stereo system*; air conditioning. Also, we include a light housekeeping and a change of linens every 3 days, provided by Chez Pierre Hotel and Beach cottages.
*You may bring your own cd, video/dvd. Long distance calls with calling card only.
Good to know:
Grocery stores and liquor store within a few miles. Inquire about car rental, boat rental, fishing guide, snorkelling/diving, island tours. Sunset Breeze cottage rental is maintained by Chez Pierre Hotel.

Max Conch Bar, in Deadmans Cay. A local atmosphere where everybody meets!
Many close by local restaurants for lunch!
Reservation
A deposit of 30% is required to make a reservation. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior for full refund of the deposit. We accept visa, Master card and American Express. Simply email us to find out availability and make your reservation.
